Yoga has been a part of my life for 18 years. I started practicing yoga in 1999 in Austin, Texas. Yoga has allowed me to grow stronger in my mind and my body every day. I completed my RYT200 with Yogafit in 2006. In order to further my education I recently received my RYT300 with Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica in 2016. My goal is to teach students that you must begin from where you are. Beginning from where you are means accepting all of the things you cannot change and acting upon the things that we can. I will always be a student of yoga and am thankful for the love and wisdom I have received from my teachers. In my classes, students will learn proper alignment of the spine and how to link breath with movement for internal cleansing. My goal is for a student to step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.
