500 RYT. Have been teaching about 4 years after deciding to take my yoga training in April 2015 and completed my 500 hr advanced training December of 2018 at Asheville Yoga Center. Certified in senior yoga, yin and restorative. Active in a variety of other physical activities swimming, golf, racquetball.
