Laurol Overlease

My name is Laurol Overlease. I am 26 years old and live in a small town in Kansas with my husband and dog. I am a lover of all fitness. If I am not teaching classes, or personal training I am home running dirt roads with my dog. I have been in the fitness world for about 3 years now. I have been teaching up to 10 classes a week and have a great group of one-on-one personal clients I meat with. I have been certified also in group nutrition to help my clients get the most out of their workout they can. Some of the classes that I have been apart of are; beginners yoga, TRX, Spin, abs buns thighs, water aerobic, and cross fit like classes. I may have not be doing this for very long but I think my love and excitement comes out when I am in front of a group and leading classes. I hope to one day own my own gym but for now I would at a wonderful local gym full time. I have found a job that truly brings happiness to me and my family and could imagine doing anything different!
