Bridget was born and raised outside of Cleveland Ohio and now makes her home in Michigan. She is the mom of two amazing daughters. She has a corporate career in marketing, owns Brighton Ygoa Center, competes in triathlons and plays women's soccer. She loves teaching and practicing yoga, and exploring new places.
