Hi, my name is Lilla. I have a HUGE passion for fitness and wellness. I found my passion for fitness and wellness after I had my son. I gained way too much baby weight and by the time my son was three I still hadn't gotten the baby weight off. I didn't eat healthy and exercise was not a part of my life. I decided to start a DVD workout program that I completed in full. I even did the program on vacation on my iPad. I lost six pounds and still had a long ways to go. I decided to try running. I didn't want all of my hard work to be lost and knew I had to do something. I had never ran a full mile in my life. I started running at a local trail by my house. I started by jog/ walking it and then eventually I ran a full mile without stopping. After this I was addicted! I then decided to sign up for a local 5k. I did it! I ran the full 5k and there was no stopping me. I have since then ran over 60 races including six half marathons. Now within the last few years I decided that I wanted to give back so I decided to become a CPT and yoga instructor. Every day at my regular non fitness related job, most of my coworkers stop at my desk and share their fitness and wellness success. It excites me and drives me to know that my success drives others to live a healthy lifestyle.
