Fitness has been not only my passion, but my career for the past eight years. I thoroughly enjoy helping people attain their fitness goals by motivating and encouraging. Personal training has been my focus and I have had great experiences training a wide range of individuals. Creativity and diversity in modes of training has helped to make goal attainment fun throughout my client base.Triathalon training has also been a focus with an emphasis in cycling, transition times and swimming. I find great satisfaction and self-motivation by helping others with their fitness needs.
