Sarah Crabtree

Sarah is an ERYT 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher.  Sarah is a Mother, a marathon runner, and a yogi.  Sarah has always believed in the power of moving one's body in order to find not just better physical health, but better mental health as well.  For Sarah, yoga and running are forms of moving meditation that help her find mental clarity and peace in a chaotic world.  It is this mental clarity and peace that Sarah most enjoys sharing with her students.  Sarah has been teaching Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Ashtanga Primary Series, Power Hour, and Beginners Level classes for four years.
