Having grown up as a pre-professional dancer and dancing with The American Academy of Ballet at the young age of 11 I have always had a passion for dance and movement. I have a deep love for fitness and a natural ability to connect with people quickly and authentically. I am outgoing and personable. I've been known to make fitness accessible to anyone, at any level.
