I have been a fitness enthusiastist my entire llife. Starting in high school I was very active in sports (field hockey, track, lacrosse) and currently am a runner, with weight training, biking, jump rope...you name it, I will do it. I am also presently speaking with my local gym about obtaining certification as a personal trainer for older folks (50+), as i feel this is the key to a longer, healther life.
