I live in Kansas City, Missouri. I am married and have one son. I have a Bachelors degree and Masters Degree in Nursing. I completed post-Graduate work in Nurse-Midwifery at the Medical University of South Carolina. I have worked full-time as a Certified Nurse-Midwife, in a Private Practice, with 6 other Physicians, for the past 20 years.
While growing up, I also took dance and was in cheerleading. I taught aerobic class for fun and some extra money, throughout my undergraduate and graduate education.
Ever since having a full-time job, I have taught classes. I currently teach most of my classes at 5:30am, prior to leaving for work. I also teach classes on Saturday and Sunday, during the day. I currently am teaching group cycling classes, Bootcamp & Tabata style classes, weight training, and a Barre Class.
I have a true passion for exercise, health living and for motivating individuals to feel their very best; often by exercising and living a healthier lifesytle. My background in healthcare has been a tremendous asset in this area. Especially in the area of nutrition and antomy and physiology.
I am very friendly, kind, dedicated and always strive to do my very best in all that I do.
