Kathryn's Story

What began over 15 years ago as a weekly class at her gym turned into a much deeper practice as she began to notice the impact yoga was having on her life. Not only could she touch her toes, but she started feeling more clear. This was much needed as Kathryn was in transition, living at home, working part-time and commuting to college. She felt she was a little lost and not sure where to go next. 

Often joking that yoga was her therapy, Kathryn began to feel more calm and grounded, both on and off the mat. As a result, Kathryn’s yoga practice became a way to feel more connected to herself, and has led to something deeper.

Kathryn has been practicing on and off for 15 years. There were moments when she stepped away from her practice due to an injury or other life events leading to gap in her practice, however she always found her way home. She feels the most connected to herself and in balance when she steps onto her mat to practice.

 

What To Expect In Kathryn's Classes

Kathryn’s classes offer a balance of meditation in motion, Vinyasa set to music, and tuning inward to practice from an genuine place. Ending her classes by incorporating Reiki you will leave feeling calm and refreshed.
