Tina Barnett

I am a certified Yoga sculpt, Zumba & Strong Nation instructor. I currently teach Hot Yoga Sculpt at Ignite Infrared Fitness Studio & love every minute of it. I also attend multiple heated yoga & strength classes each week for fun, as well as lifting heavy on my own. I’m also a Head Competitive Cheer Coach at a private high school for the last 8 years but have been involved in cheer my entire life cheering in college & high school.  I love being active & pushing to see how far I can go.
