Hi, my name is Maryke. I live in Canada with my husband and 3 dogs. I own and operate my own in home fitness studio. I love traveling, photography and anything Fitness related.

I have been working in the Fitness Industry since 2012. I love sharing my passion and healthy living with others. 

Doing what I do everyday does not feel like work at all.
