Heidi Suraci,Born and Raised in Hawaii and currently lives in ohio, has been BLessed with, 2 beautiful children Nicky 33, and Domanic 27, and a Grandaughter Ariana 5, brings the gift of Aloha and the shalom of GOd into everything she teach and shares,Aloha meaning to be pressent and one with the breath of life-love for God,creation and each other. love is the foundation that eminates in all of her work as she shares 27 years of experience in the field of wellbeing..After battling illness at a young age,her endless pursuit to acquire health and wellbeing to care for her family lead her on a journeyto acquire the wisdom and knowledge and training to help others in there journey to wellness! it was the driving force which gave her a campassionate commission to help others  find health, healing and wholeness in body soul mind and spirit, to be able to live a fullfilling and quality of life  and experience the fullness of shalom as it was meant to be!!Heidi has a unique gift of touching peoples hearts and lives, which allows them to experience a sense of wellbeing through breath, yoga movement that brings a deep stillness along with healing touch to experience a deep sense of peace   

she was invited to her first yoga class 27 years ago which became the open door ,to many areas of study in natural health and holistic modalities to have as tools to share such as various traditions of yoga and fitness ,pranayama intensive,meditation ,auryuvedic,relaxation massage ,hawaiian lomi lomi , hooponopono<heaith minitry ,raindrop thearaphy healing touch ,kids yoga ,.. I have been blessed to have studied, host facilitate and lead many classes ,workshops and retreats,teaching along side many local and international teachers from around the world ..  Although knowledge is power , My life experiences has always been my best teachers ,I value being a student at life and will never stop learning,i am grateful to share in the precious gift of Life,i genuinly love caring for others in an Authentic way that brings inspiration for life long change that will impact there lives and there commuity..i always say come as you are , sometimes in life the best thing we can do is show up!! may we live and honor life and love and have reverence for the breath life!
