About Tais
Originally from Wahroonga Sydney, Australia, Tais began her career as a interior stylist in editorial, after sailed around the Mediterranean & Caribbean for 8 years in her 20s. later moved to New York City as a food writer & food photographer.
A yogi & avid foodie, a wonderer, a well travelled women who’s meet so many other beautiful and like minded yogis.. she learn many variations and styles like, yin, restorative, Ashtanga & Vinyasa. she finally decided this was her calling, after all these years finally inspired her to become a yoga Instructor and deepen her self practice. Yoga its such a fabulous way to strengthen, focus, lighten, vitalize, find balance & best of all age gracefully.
Tais is extraordinary an adventurous sole by nature, Tais can cook, sail, swim deep blue ocean, Tais loves sipping delicious turmeric latte, nurturing new friendships, connecting with new faces, encouraging individuals to be more confident in the journey of life, discover self achievement, & set a daily intention.
Its no secret Tais is one very positive vibrant person, she has a big love for the sea & yoga lifts her spirit gracefully. Yoga & the ocean calms & compliments her style of practice and other feed off her light & energy.
