Kathy DeJesus

Kathy is a Certified Yoga & Meditation Instructor, as well as a Licensed Esthetician. Kathy completed her 300 hour yoga teacher training at Lotus Yoga in Montclair, NJ in 2008. Kathy is forever grateful to all her teachers who opened the door to the beautiful world of Yoga,  She continued her training with YLS (Yoga Life Society) and in September 2012 finished her 500TT. She is deeply grateful to continue her yoga practice and studies with so many amazing teachers and is continually expanding her meditation practice. Yoga continues to be a deepening source of inspiration.
