When introduced to yoga by a friend, Donna used it as an outlet from a busy work schedule. She had no idea the transformation that would take place in just a few months time! Donna noticed not only the physical benefits yoga brought her, but the mental strength and peace it added to her daily life. This is when she enrolled in teacher training and hasn't looked back since! Every time Donna steps on to her mat she experiences an instant physical, mental and spiritual connection. She has a deep sense of honor and gratitude in guiding students through what transformed her life and can't imagine what took her so long to get onto a yoga mat.
