Irene Sheehan

Irene graduated with her 200-hour certification from YogaFit in February 2015. Irene grew up in Brooklyn, NY and was first introduced to yoga as part of her competitive swimming training at Marist College. She has been practicing yoga regularly since moving to Virginia in 2010 and has been teaching locally for the past year. Irene holds Virginia state teaching licenses in Elementary Education, Special Education and as a Reading Specialist. She is currently working as a Reading Specialist for the Title I program and conducts private tutoring. Irene is also a CPR certified USA Swimming Coach and teaches private swimming lessons. In addition, Irene is a Wellness advocate with doTERRA essential oils and will be regularly hosting doTERRA classes at the studio. Irene enjoys sharing her love for yoga and use of essential oils to promote natural alternatives to wellness
