A certified group cycle instructor with five years experience leading group cycle workouts as an employee of the University of Guelph Department of Athletics.
NCCP Community Coach Trained in the sport of Adult Triathlon. I've volunteered as a coach for the Guelph Triathlon Club since summer of 2013. Leading outdoor BRIC (Cycle-Run) workouts as well as the club's winter indoor group cycling program.
Fitness is a part of my life. As a triathlete, I train and compete mainly in Sprint Distance triathlon and have made it to the podium on multiple occasions. Currently setting a long-term goal to make it to ITU World Championships in 2020 which will be hosted in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Last summer I completed an Ironman 70.3 for the first time in celebration of my 40th birthday.
I bring my outdoor cycling experience to indoor group cycle to create fun and challenging workouts. I love helping and inspiring others to reach their fitness goals.
