John Morales

My name is John Morales, I am from the beautiful city of Chicago. My story hasn't always been of great accomplishments and successes. My struggle with obesity fed my self-esteem issues and derailed my confidence. It wasn't until it clicked, that I began to take my health and wellness seriously. I sought out the help of a personal trainer and began to my journey. During this process, a spark ignited in me. I decided to help people who are dealing with the same struggles I faced. This continual journey has taught me to push myself, to never be complacent and to help others with the knowledge and experience I have obtained.
