Marianna Brill

No matter what battle Marianna had to face, she knew it would eventually lead her to a stronger place in her life. Ever since she became an American citizen (she is a former citizen of Russia), Marianna had always wanted to stay active, whether it was through sports in school, dance classes on the side, or participating in summer camps. Throughout her early high school years, Marianna was part of the cross-country team.

She still remembers when she had no proper understanding of nutrition or how to best prepare her body for long distance races. At the beginning of track season in the spring of her sophomore year, she tore the ACL in her knee. Recovering from this was one of the biggest challenges Marianna had to face. It took her quite a while to get back to being active again as she feared she would injure her knee again. This put Marianna into a depressed state, which eventually also lead to quite a bit of weight gain.

Three years had gone by when Marianna made the connection between staying active and having the proper nutrition intake. Marianna decided it was time to get in shape and shed the weight and turn her life around. She had fallen in love with the idea of starting on a committed journey and began training 5-6 times a day in the gym. She also consistently prepped her meals for the week. She did not do this because she had to, but because she knew the importance of it and she liked how good it made her feel. 4 years after Marianna’s life-changing decision, she tried out fitness competitions. In the summer of 2015, she finally made the decision to step foot on stage and officially become a National Physique Committee Athlete.

Marianna excels and works with a diverse clientele – from working with senior citizens, to those with disabilities, to women needing to shed extra weight during the menopause stage, to those clients that need to drop a drastic amount of weight. Marianna can relate – her struggles were real and she completely turned her life around and transformed her mind and body. With that, her life changed for the better in all aspects. Marianna understands how difficult it can be to make these changes and has great empathy for her clients all while guiding them to great success through her coaching methods.

Each year, Marianna’s desire and dedication to inspire others to start their fitness journey only grows stronger. Marianna loves bringing results to her client’s specific goals and needs and she looks forward to working with you and taking you on your own personal health and fitness journey.
