Jill Mazanec

My love of yoga began over 20 years ago when I took my first yoga class during my lunch break at work.  After that, I was hooked! I have been practicing yoga ever since.  I am certified through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis with 230 hours of training.  I currently teach yoga twice a week at a local studio in Stillwater, MN and twice a month at a women's strength training gym in Woodbury, MN.  I love to teach new students how to be mindful as they move through their yoga practice, focusing on strength, balance and flexibilty.
