I am a 49 year old married female, mother of 2, and have been interested in fitness all my life! I have been teaching fitness classes for 14+ years. I currently teach or have taught strength training, spin, step, Pilates reformers, mat Pilates, Yogalates, boot camp, circuit classes and personal train individuals and small groups. I am also an avid tennis player, as is the rest of my family. I have always enjoyed exercising while traveling because I pick up new ideas from taking others' classes. I hope to bring a fun and challenging workout to vacationers as part of their great vacation.
