I began my yoga teacher training July 2015 and teaching in August 2015. I have 100 hours in power yoga training and 200 hours in integrative training. I lead a class that is explorative and fun while taking the time to quiet the mind and let go of the stress of the every day.
I teach power yoga, relax & restore yoga, and vinyasa flow. I use English descriptions for postures so that the practice is accessible to everyone.
