For the past 9+ years I have taught a variety of fitness classes: Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Strength, Pound, and now Essentrics. I currently teach Barre, Essentrics (a kind of yoga/pilates/barre/tai chi fusion), Yand Pilates. I have my own fitness studio, AlpharettaBarreClub.com, and a YouTube channel Alpharetta Barre Club.
I am passionate about teaching a safe and effective exercise class that is easy on the knees and joints, yet still challenging. I believe in teaching on all levels: beginner to advanced, younger to older, fitness should be for everyone.
