Passionate fitness professional dedicated to empowering clients through strength, endurance and fluid movement. Eager to share my knowledge and skill in Lagree Fitness, S Factor pole dancing, gymnastics, dance, weight training and nutrition to motivate and inspire others to be active and build strong bodies so that they can embrace and enjoy life more fully.

I specialize in Lagree Fitness performed on a megaformer machine.  This high intensity, low impact workout is adaptable to mat, similar to mat pilates. 

In addition, I teach a curve stretch and flow workout on mat prior to pole dancing which incorporates yoga and stretching movement.

I also teach cardio workouts such as TRX, HIIT and Tabata.
