Jill Smith

Hello! My name is Jill and I am a group fitness instructor. I have been teaching for 11 years and work at Lifetime Athletic Club in Des Moines, Iowa. I have my ACE group fitness instructor certification, a barre and yoga sculpt certification from Kris's Hot Yoga, and a PIYO certification. Group fitness is a passion of mine. I find such satisfaction when a member leaves my class feeling successful. It is also very important to me to build a sense of community. 

I work for a biopharmaceutical company and work with healthcare professionals in the psychiatry space. 

I have been married for 26 years to my husband Chris, and we have four children ranging in ages from 23-12.
