As a fitness enthusiast, I have submerged my self in the industry for over a decade. I love challenging people to become thier best, and help them reach thier goals. I began my career in college as I took over classes that were offered at our fitness facility on campus. After collge, I immediately began working for the military as a Trainer in which I would train squads, and individuals. My primary focus was active duty, retired personel, and Remedial Marines. I develop the programing that was implemented in 2007 for the Weapons Remidals in 2006.
Following my move to North Carolina, I began working for the YMCA of WNC as a Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise instructor, I then moved into the Youth Wellness Coordinator position in which I developed and implemented fitness testing, and programing in 9 elementry schools across the county. Over the past decade I have continued my education in fitness by continuing to recieve new certifciations. I now am running the group fitness program at 3 locations, as well as continiuing to teach. With the trends in the industry, we have been able to offer new, fresh, and exciting programing. I am currently in the process of obtaining my 200hour Yoga certifciation.
