Dawn Forcier

I am owner, instructor, trainer and wellness coach at On-Site Personal Training, L.L.C., and an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, group fitness and cycling instructor and SCW certified yoga instructor. I have 33 years of extensive experience in fitness, nutritional counseling, motivation, goal-setting techniques, and health and wellness.
 
My area of expertise is designing individualized, safe & effective training in all components of fitness such as cardiovascular, muscular strength, flexibility, relaxation, stress reducing techniques, myofascial release, nutrition and motivation. I will tailor a client’s fitness protocol to include realistic yet challenging goals and promote an array of cross-training techniques and methods to make the program more effective, fun, motivational and successful.
 
Some of my career highlights include starting my own personal training studio, On-Site Personal Training, L.L.C. and receiving acknowledgement for the Best of Monadnock bronze award four years in a row. I have also organized nine successful "Ten Day Fat Blasting Boot Camp" events. The tenth jam-packed anniversary will be coming in May of 2017. My most biggest highlights are seeing my clients reach their goals and sharing in their accomplishment and success. My passion is in health and fitness and I thrive in seeing people succeed with their fitness and weight loss goals. I am an integral part of their journey with my inspiration.
 
In addition, I have also instructed at a multiple of  gyms, managed a fitness center and was coordinator and instructor for a chiropractic rehabilitation clinic. I hold both a bachelor’s degree in both Business Management and in Physical Education, Sports Management. 
 
Throughout my career, I have been known for my expert advice, training and counseling for small groups and individuals, and my optimal personal service, support and encouragement. Clients further receive sound physiological and scientific programs due to my continued education, up-to-date techniques and information, and high standards of the code of ethics from ACE.
 
My goal and philosophy is that there are no shortcuts to becoming more fit and healthy. It takes dedication, consistency and hard work. Being fit is not a destination, it is a way of life.
