Leanne Parsons

As an avid runner and fitness enthusiast Leanne personally found yoga the perfect balance and compliment to those other activities.   She is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher trained through Namaskar Yoga Saskatoon, and has continued training with Namaskar in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.  She is also certified in Christine Felstead’s Yoga for Runners.  Through BeatheMoveBe Leanne began offering Yoga for Runners classes and workshops.  BreatheMoveBe’s tag line is “encouraging us to inhabit the moment on and off the path”.  Her belief is yoga is all inclusive and yoga is one ingredient to help us stay healthy and injury free.
