I first found myself on my yoga mat 10 years ago after moving to Seoul, South Korea. What was first solely a physical practice slolwy became more. After expericing a devastating loss, yoga became a place of healing and helped me move through difficult emotions. I moved back to Canada in 2010 and completed my Education degree and have been working with newcomers to Canada teaching them English as a Second Language. This job has opened my heart and deepened my passion for connecting with others. I completed my 200 YTT through the Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica in July 2016 and have been teaching 2-3 classes weekly since September. I believe yoga is, and can be, accessible to anyone.
