I found myself not in the best health after having 3 babies in 11 months, the second birth included twins. I spend the next few years with low energy and not happy with what I was bringing to my family every day. I decided to join a gym in 2001 and it changed my life, working with a trainer I knew I needed to become one also so that I could help others change their lives just like my trainer had helped me change mine. I started working in the fitness industry in 2003. It has included personal training, small group training, and being a personal training director. My group exercise experience started in 2006, and I have taught small group circuit classes as well as a barbell workout, kickboxing and most recently a mind/body format inspired by yoga and Pilates.
