I am currently a yoga instructor, btu what brought me to love yoga was the peacefulness I felt with it. I experienced a traumatic event in 2014 and felt like my life was falling apart. So I turned to Yoga, I dont know why, I just did. It helped me more that I could ever imagine. I gave me a sense of peace, safety, healing, and trust. I could go on about how I feel when I do yoga, but really...I dont do yoga, Yoga does me.
