Jessica is a yoga instructor and registered nurse passionate about wellness. She has 10 years experience with yoga at all levels, and is actively pursuing advanced studies.
Her yoga style encourages students to find gratitude and inner strength while maintaining a non judgmental environment. Asana & meditation were both foundations of her 200 hour training while the focus of her 500 hour is Ayurvedia & Yoga therapy. Jessica encourages her students to maintain an open mind to new possibilities. Her mood is light and fun, never letting the class get too serious.
