ALYSSA AIMÉE VAN DER REE

Alyssa grew up in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For almost 3 years she has been traveling all over the world, studying and teaching yoga. This yogi has completed more than 600hours of Yoga Teacher Training in India and Australia. For her yoga is a never-ending study on life philosophy, meditation, asana and anatomy.

No matter where she was in the world. She always found her true nature in nature. In Jamaica with its rich forests and beautiful beaches she feels more connected than ever. 

Alyssa’s philosophy is to offer yoga and meditation suitable for everyone. Because yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on your way down.
