I am an ICG certified indoor cycling instructor & nutrition coach with 5 years of experience leading indoor cycling classes.

I started taking indoor cycling classes myself after having my first baby 13 years ago and contribute losing my baby weight  not once but twice as a result this high intensity workout.  My classes are a little outside of the box and choreographed with fun beat based moves such as hops, slides, & jumps to get a full body workout while burning 500-1000 calories per class.

Outside of cycling, I am also a runner. I ran my very first half marathon in September 2016 and plan to run many more. I guess you could call me a cardio queen!
