My name is David Manuel, I am currently a firefighter in Ontario, Canada for the last 6 years. Previously I was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for 5 years. Fitness has always been extremely important in my life, whether at work or in my personal life. I grew up playing AA hockey and varsity football in high school.
