I am 2016 graduate of The University of North Carolina, with a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science. My knowledge of health and fitness goes well beyond the standard certifications.
Currently, I work in operations for a technology company. Previously, I have worked in corporate fitness as a Wellness Fitness Specialist, teaching 2-3 fitness classes per day for over a year. I have worked with a wide population of fitness levels through my experiences. I find my passion in helping others become healthier and happier. I enjoy travel, fitness, and yoga.
I have years of experience teaching group exercise, with concentrations in bootcamp style, cardio training, strength/toning, and stretching/flexibility.
