Adele Dunn

    My name is Adele Dunn. I am a married mother of 2 adult children 24 and 21. I have always loved dance and fitness. 5 years ago I became a Zumba instructor and recieved my AFAA group certification. 2 years ago I became a Red Warrior instructor ( a new format combining Martial arts Kickboxing and Bootcamp) I teach 5 classes a week and absolutly LOVE it! It is my passion to help participants live a healthier happier lifestyle.
