- Kate Toohig
Kate began her fitness career as a coach and group fitness instructor in 2003. Since then she has expanded her fitness knowledge and repetoire to include a variety of formats and multiple certificates.
She is currently the director of Fitness Wellness and Recreation at the Mandel JCC in Cleveland. She runs the group fitness department and teaches a minimum of 5 classes a week- cycling, HIIT, Strength, TRX, and Core.
