Casey Hurst

My name is Casey Hurst, and I am an avid fitness enthusiast. I have been a competitive runner most of my life and have completed half marathons. But my true fitness passion is cycling, and I have taught cycling classes for a total of four years although I have taken cycling classes for the past 15 years when I haven't taught. I love interval training and riding to the rhythm of the music.

Along with teaching cycling, I have my Masters degree in Reading, and I currently am a Reading Specialist for a public school district. I have two children under three years old, and that keeps me very busy!
