Kimberly Schoenauer

I'm a fitness enthusiast who has been teaching group exercise for over 10 years, but have loved it and been involved in it for over 20 as a participant.  I love traveling, being outside, and spending quality time with my family and my dog.  I have nutrition training and a successful blog and podcast.  During the day, I earn my living working at Leidos, a government contractor based out of Reston, VA as the pricing director in business development.
