I wear many hats as a licensed school psychologist, speaker on mental health, adjunct lecturer at a local university, wife, and mother of three young children. I see yoga and fitness as essential to keeping balance in my life. My yoga practice makes me better equipped to care for others and deal with life’s challenges. It inherently creates a desire to be better and do better. I believe that everyone should focus more on taking care of themselves. My motto is “take time for you.” I love working as an yoga instructor because it allows me to connect with others and inspire them to improve their wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals.
