Aletheia teaches a lively Vinyasa Flow yoga class, a sequenced flow which links movement to the breath. The is combined with music, relaxation and spiritual practice. As a keen runner and gym fan, Aletheia found that Yoga complimented her other activities and supported her in finding balance in day to day life. It has been a valuable part of her life for the past 8 years and in early 2016 she left her 9-5 career in charity PR and Communications to follow her passion for entrepreneurship and yoga.
