Christine has been actively teaching and training in the health and fitness industry for nearly 20 years. Her success in helping to motivate and shape the lives of thousands stems from her own personal passion for health and fitness as well as a respect for living a balanced life. An avid athlete and mother of three, Christine Line has spent the last several years training and racing in running events and triathlons. She was a National Team Triathlon Member for 2008 as well as 2009. Today she continues to race and train for numerous running, cycling and cross training events. Christine believes in approaching training from a functional perspective – in other words: train the way our bodies move – using multiple muscle groups at once and relying primarily our own body resistance, minimal weights, no machines and lots of dynamic movements. Everything starts from building a strong center or core and working outwards from there to get a stronger, fitter and well balanced individual. Christine is a Certified Personal Trainer, SPIN/Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor and is a Certified Triathlon coach with Triathlon Ontario.
