Sarah's Yoga Teaching Style is calm, relaxing, and fun. Sarah educates and instructs yoga to all ages and abilities.
Sarah is accredited through Yoga Alliance as an Experienced 500 Hour Yoga Teacher. She is also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Sarah holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies where she concentrated her studies on Human Development and Psychology, in addition to an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts with a World Studies Certificate.
Along with Sarah's credentials she is also a licensed Skin Care Therapist in the State of Florida and the State of Massachusetts, certified to Teach English as Second Language, and is First Aid and CPR Certified. She gained experience in becoming a 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Instructor where she completed her 500th hour yoga training in Bangalore, India.
In addition, she is certified in Yoga for Seniors from Duke Integrative Medicine, as well as certified to instruct Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga.
For over a decade, Sarah has traveled extensively throughout the globe. Sarah combined her love for travel and yoga instruction by nicknaming herself as Sarah The Traveling Yogini! Sarah's sincere and genuine intention for helping others is true and authentic.
