Rachelle Axten

Hello! My name is Rachelle and I am a canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer, an SPRA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, a Licensed Zumba Instructor, and a TRX Qualified Trainer. I am full time Personal Trainer and also teach two fitness classes during the week. The two classes I teach are Zumba Fitness and I also teach a HIIT Class. Zumba is a Latin dance inspired workout that is a ton of fun but also an amazing workout, people always leave my class not only sweaty but in a much better mood than when we came in. HIIT is one of my favourite classes to teach. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, which sounds scary but can be modified for all fitness levels. I like to follow a Tabata structure for my class (20 seconds on and 10 seconds off). People love coming to this class to get their cardio in and reach their goals. When I am not training my clients or teaching my classes, I love to get outside and go running, swim laps at the pool, or take my dog out for a walk. I love being active and encouraging others to be active as well!
