As an ex gymnast I have always been interested in health and fitness and became a fitness instructor and PT after having my second child. I have been teaching a variety of disciplines for 18 years as a self employed freelance instructor. I run classes for men and women in Pilates, yoga, conditioning, free weights, step and aerobics and also train PT clients from 16yrs to 87yrs currently.
I practise what I preach and take pride in all I do.
