* Born in New Jersey, July 24, 1957 * Married "High School Sweet Heart", June 19, 1976 Married 35 years * Three Daughters *Resided in the Pocono Mtns of Pennsylvania for the past 33 years. * I am a health professional who has worked in family practice for over 20 years. It is my passion to educate the general public in the importance of adopting a healthy life syle while having fun in the process. Certified in both group and personal training through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and holds specialty certificates in yoga,practical pilates,indoor cycling, step and step choreography. Trained and certified by Healthways I have taught the Silver Sneakers Fitness program, the nations leading fitness program designed exclusively for older and unconditioned adults. My latest accomplishment was obtaining my license to teach Zumba.
