- Jocelyn Wu
When Jocelyn first walked into a Moksha yoga studio, she discovered how yoga helped her through overcoming stressful challenges and finding inner peace. After years of growing as a yogini, her passion and curiosity toward yoga took her to Montreal in 2012, where she completed her Moksha Teacher Training Level One. Her journey thereafter has been on-going yet a rewarding one, sharing with others her love affair of Moksha’s pillars and principles. Being a part of the Moksha community reminds Jocelyn of her most valued belief, which is to appreciate the spirit of life; especially through finding inner harmony and balance through the mind and body.
Jocelyn has completed her Moksha Flow training in May 2015 and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016. With the strong background in anatomy, Jocelyn implements her knowledge of the body and stresses the importance of how minor self-adjustments can to deepen each practice, in all aspects of yoga.
